Confirmation statements
A confirmation statement confirms that the company information held by Companies House is up to date. It is a separate filing from your annual accounts.
We'll review the relevant details with you, identify any changes that need to be reported and prepare the confirmation statement.

When a director joins or leaves, or relevant company details change, we'll prepare the appropriate documentation and Companies House filings.
This can include changes to the registered office, relevant service addresses and PSC information, together with supporting minutes or resolutions where required.

Before a filing is made
Companies House identity verification
Identity verification is a legal requirement for directors and PSCs, according to the timetable that applies to their role.
In most cases, we'll ask you to verify your identity directly with Companies House and provide the resulting personal code and information needed for the relevant filing.
We can explain what you need to do. Directors and PSCs have different requirements, so we'll consider the relevant role and filing rather than assume one step covers everything.

Registered office and service address
In appropriate cases, we can offer use of our office address as your company's registered office and/or a service address.
This must be agreed with us in advance as part of the engagement. It is not automatically included with every accountancy or company secretarial service.
